ENT Department
The ENT Department at our Government Hospital provides comprehensive care for diseases of the ear, nose, throat, head, and neck. Our focus is on accessible, affordable, and equitable healthcare for all sections of society. The unit is staffed by trained ENT specialists and supported by audiology, speech therapy, and emergency medical teams.
The ENT Dept. is located in the New OPD Building at 1st floor in 3 rooms 104, 105 & 106. The Department is being managed by the following
Doctors At Present:
Two Senior ENT Medical Officers and Two Specialists.
One senior resident.
The Department is providing Outdoor, Indoor & Emergency Services to the nearby population as well as floating population from adjoining areas like Ghaziabad, Loni, Shamli, Baghpat etc.

Outpatient Services
• Evaluation and management of common ENT conditions
• Treatment of ear infections, sinusitis, allergies, and throat
infections
• Management of hearing loss, tinnitus, and balance disorders
• Pediatric ENT care

• Audiology & Hearing Assessment Clinic (at nearby GTB Hospital & our DEIC Center)
• Endoscopy Services
• Nasal endoscopy
• Laryngoscopy
• Ear endoscopy (as available)
Emergency ENT Care (9am to 4pm only)
• Management of epistaxis (nose bleeding)
• Foreign body removal (ear, nose, throat)
• Airway obstruction and trauma-related cases
• Acute ear, nose, and throat infections
Inpatient & Surgical Services (as per hospital facility availability)
No. of Indoor bed allotted -15, 8 beds for female patients and 7 beds for male patients.
• Tonsillectomy and adenoidectomy
• Septoplasty
• Functional Endoscopic Sinus Surgery (FESS), Endo DCR
• Ear surgeries (e.g., tympanoplasty, mastoidectomy, stapedectomy)
• Head and Neck surgeries including Thyroid, Parotid, Salivary gland surgeries
• Microlaryngeal Surgeries for laryngeal and Vocal cord lesions
• Minor procedures (abscess drainage, biopsies, etc.)
• Dedicated ENT OPD
• Procedure room with endoscope support
• Minor OT procedures
• Access to main Operation Theatre for major surgeries
• Emergency services in coordination with casualty from 9am to 4pm

• ENT OPD: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM (Monday to Saturday, except Thursday)
• Special Clinics: Monday Otology / Vertigo Clinic – 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM
• Tuesday Minor OT Day Friday Laryngology / Nasal Clinic – 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM
• Emergency Care: Available 9am -4pm
• ENT clinically meeting conducted by AOI are attended every month.
• AOI Annual meeting held in Delhi every year is attended.
• Cancer surgery updated symposia & CMEs held in Delhi are attended as & when they are held.
• Various CME conducted in Swami Dayanand Hospital are also attended.
• ENT conference held every year is also attended for updating of knowledge.
